EQUESTRIAN

My first horse :)

October 17th, 2020 a friend of my mom, my mom herself and I went to Birnbaum (village in Bavaria, Germany) to see Noriker foals. After about an hour of driving, we arrived. I was very impressed because I haven't seen such a large stable before. The owner then took us straight to the foals. They were of course very curious who would visit them there. I honestly have to say that being in the middle of ten foals has different vibes. Since I was only there as an accompaniment, I assumed that I would not take a horse home. When we then became uninteresting for the foals, someone was still interested in me. I only noticed how a little black foal nudged my hoodie from behind. I turned around and saw this little snuby. That was a feeling that can not be described in words. I don't want to tell you any fairy tales here, but that really fit between us. Then after 18 years I finally said "Mom I want this horse". A week later we went there again and got the foals. Since that day, I am (broke and) the proud owner of Francesco Elmar the sixteenth.

It is alomst 5 month ago since I bought Francesco. Since that time a lot happend. I had planned to move with Francesco to another stable in early february. However, at the beginning of the year, after all the drama in the current stable, I became aware of what was actually going on. After a long conversation with the stable owner, I found out what was being said about me behind my back and formed my own opinion on it. Of course, this also had an impact on my thinking about that person and the stable . I had thought for a long time what is best for me and Francesco. Which stable is better for us. That decision was then taken away from me. I got nasty messages and a lot of lies and hate came out. This has affected me a lot.. But I always stick to the quote 'Everything happens for a reason'.

To be honest, I'm very happy right now. A few weeks ago that person moved out of the stable with her horses and took all the negative energy with her.

Francesco has developed incredibly into a positive one. He looks almost like a horse. His head and neck still looks like a foal, but the rest of the body already looks like a horse. We are still working on our foal ABC list. We had a lot of difficulties with that at the beginning. In the first weeks I was not able to touch his stomach and legs without kicking, but we did it. Also giving the hooves finaaaaaally works perfectly. Currently we are working on walking outside.. We are definitely doing better than ever before and I am so greatful for all the postivty, support and help we are receiving.
